All orders are shipped First Class or Priority Mail with tracking via the United States Postal Service.
In an effort to be eco-friendly we generally reuse packing materials. Items are shipped within one business day after order is placed. During busy holiday seasons, please allow 48 hours for shipment of your order.
We ship only within the United States. Please e-mail us at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding shipping.
Important: Please verify your shipping address before placing order. Items returned to Ruministics as “Undeliverable as Addressed” due to an incorrect address will not be re-shipped or refunded.
Return and Exchange Policies:
We want you to be completely happy with your order; however, due to the personal nature of our products we accept returns only on unopened or unused merchandise or on products damaged during shipping. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues with your items or to request a return.
Any and all return claims must be made seven days within receiving your purchase. If it has been longer than the stated seven days we cannot offer an exchange. To return or exchange, item must be in the original packaging and receipt is required.
If products have been damaged during shipping, please send a photo via e-mail of damaged goods along with your return request. All returns and exchanges must be authorized before returning. Exchanges are valid only for another of the same product. Once authorized, goods can be shipped to the following address: 2651 Chouteau Ave., St. Louis, MO 63103. Goods must be received within fourteen days of authorization.
If an error on our part has occurred and an item was incorrectly shipped, please contact us at email@example.com to request an exchange.
In the event of a return or exchange, any and all shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

All purchases on sale items are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for sale items.
